Ms. Williams:

Well, Elaine, it looks like everything is in order with your application. Tell me, why are you interviewing for this job?

	well-qualified 夠資格的英解：having the experience necessary to do a job well 具備必要、能勝任工作的經驗 Ex: Tammy graduated and has been working as a nurse for three years. She is well-qualified to work at this hospital. Tammy 畢業後就開始當護士，已做了三年之久。以她的經驗，在這間醫院工作是綽綽有餘的。


	in order 正確的；有組織的英解：correct; organized Ex: Everything in your lab notebook is in order. 例句：你所記錄的作實驗筆記每一項都是有條有理。

	application 申請表英解：An application is a form which you use to write information about yourself (name, address, phone number, etc. ) and your experience (education and work). When you apply for a job, you will probably fill out an application. (工作)申請表是讓求職者填寫個人資料的表格，（如：姓名、地址及電話號碼等）還有求職者的經歷，（如：學歷及工作經驗）。當你申請/應徵工作時，大多時候都要填寫此種表格。

	looks like 看起來像… 英解：appears like; seems like Ex: My brother looks like Kermit the Frog. This looks like fun. 例句：我的哥哥（弟弟）長得像Kermit the Frog，很好笑。


				Tips for Attending an Interview－面試小技巧


	Many companies will ask you why you want to work for them. This helps the interviewer find out whether or not you will be acceptable for the job. Tell the interviewer about any of your experience, education, or personal characteristics that will help you be a good employee. 很多公司都會問求職者應徵工作的理由。因為這樣可以幫助面試官更加了解求職者究竟適不適合某一項職缺。求職者應主動告知面試官自己有過的工作經驗、求學背景以及個人特質，以證明自己將會成為一個稱職的員工。
